UPDATE 07/10/10: Work on our new record is still progressing at a snail's pace, but we've decided to break out of our self-imposed silence and actually play a show this summer. With new vocalist Jon Arturi, we will be rocking the Abbey Pub on August 15. Be there!
UPDATE 05/11/10: After a longer-then-expected break from the studio, we're headed back this week to begin work on...vocals! We are going to finish this record one of these days!
12/30/09: Guitar work is done, Keyboards are done. Now we need to add in some horn parts and work on vocals. The finished product is still a long way off, but at least we're reaching the point where we can start rehearsing as a band again. Hopefully we'll get back to playing some shows soon. Happy New Year!
8/16/09: Still recording. We're still finishing up guitar tracks. After that, we'll add keyboards, horns and... vocals. It's a slow process since we're only working one or two nights a week, but things are sounding pretty good so far!
7/3/09: Recording has begun. Drum tracks are finished for 16 (yes, 16!) songs. Bass tracks are complete for about 6 or 7 of those.
6/12/09: Kemman heading to the studio!
We are beginning work on our follow-up to the Long Rocker next week. You may not see the results for some time yet, but we're VERY excited to get the process started. We've been playing some of these songs for over ten years, and we want to finally give them the treatment they deserve. Other songs are newer and are really going to knock you out! We're also looking into the possibility (again) of adding vocals! We're going all out on this one, folks, so brace yourselves!
